En el marco de las actividades de vinculaci\u00f3n y transferencia, y a iniciativa del grupo de investigaci\u00f3n sobre Teor\u00eda Cr\u00edtica de Educaci\u00f3n, el NEES organiz\u00f3 conjuntamente con la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas las Jornadas Homenaje a Paulo Freire a 20 a\u00f1os de su fallecimiento. Bajo el lema \u201cEn defensa de la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y popular\u201d<\/em>, del 17 al 19 de mayo se reunieron m\u00e1s de 200 inscriptos para rememorar el legado del gran pedagogo latinoamericano y, sobre todo, para pensar la actualidad de su pedagog\u00eda emancipadora en vista de los desaf\u00edos y tensiones que atraviesan la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica actual.<\/p>\n

Durante los tres d\u00edas, las jornadas fueron colmadas por estudiantes de profesorados de la casa y de los ISFD de la ciudad, docentes de todos los niveles del sistema educativo provincial, quienes participaron activamente de las discusiones de las mesas redondas con docentes investigadores de la UNCPBA, UNVM,\u00a0 UNIPE, UBA y Centro Cultural de la Cooperaci\u00f3n Floreal Gorini. Durante la tarde los asistentes presentaron comunicaciones y relatos de experiencias educativas en los distintos niveles y modalidades de educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El encuentro, por dem\u00e1s rico en experiencias y problematizaciones, fue pensado bajo un formato que permitiera vincular los avances de investigaci\u00f3n de los docentes- investigadores del NEES e invitados externos, con las pr\u00e1cticas educativas cr\u00edticas, inspiradas en la pedagog\u00eda de Freire, que realizan los docentes en las instituciones escolares.
